'Ant-Man' Trailer 2015

After a couple teases, including an “ant-sized” version as well as an 18-second preview-of-the-preview, Disney and Marvel tonight debuted the first actual trailer for their upcoming superhero extravaganza Ant-Man during the season premiere of ABC’s Agent Carter and online.
Starring Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, a con man who shrinks down to microscopic size to get his heist on (for good, of course), the movie will have a big act to follow when it hits theaters July 17. That’s because summer’s big opener, Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, will likely still be drawing repeat costumers to the cineplex.

The trailer is a gripping, dramatic affair narrated by Michael Douglas, who plays original Ant-Man Hank Pym… because, well, if you have Michael Douglas in your movie you let him narrate the trailer. He sets the stage for a path to redemption for the wayward Lang: “This is your chance to earn that look in your daughter’s eyes. To become that hero that she already thinks you are.”
Meanwhile, we get first looks at the Ant-suit, the requisite shrinking scene, and the iconic Ant-Man image of our hero riding a bug. We also meet the other key characters: Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly), who may become Wasp but doesn’t in this clip; and Darren Cross, aka the film’s baddie, Yellowjacket (House of Cards’ Corey Stoll), who remains in his civilian garb here. And while the trailer’s tone is mostly serious, we finally get that Paul Rudd wisecrack (“Is it too late to change the name?”) as the kicker.
Ant-Man is directed by Peyton Reed, who took over the reins after Edgar Wright’s surprising departure ignited some fan upheaval.  This enticing first look, though, should give those same fans ants in their pants to see Reed’s finished product come July.

'Entourage' Trailer 2015

Will Vincent Chase’s supernatural action film Hyde be a hit like Aquaman or a bomb like Medellin? All we know from this first trailer above (which also features a peek at the movie-within-the-movie)
is that Hyde is seriously over budget. Fictional movie star Chase (played by Adrian Grenier) and his quick-tempered agent Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven) are back in this first look at the Entourage feature film. Picking up where the long-running HBO series left off, the film reunites Chase and his childhood friends from Queens as they navigate the craziness of Hollywood.

All the major cast members are back, including Kevin Connolly as Vincent’s loyal best friend “E,” Kevin Dillon as his brother Johnny Drama, and Jerry Ferrara as the genial (and significantly slimmed-down) sidekick Turtle. Also featured in the trailer are Billy Bob Thornton and Haley Joel Osment as father-son film investors; Nora Dunn as the Golds’ couples counselor; UFC champion Ronda Rousey as Turtle’s butt-kicking love interest; Gone Girl star Emily Ratajkowski as herself; and Mark Wahlberg who exec produced the series and is a producer on the movie. Written and directed by show creator Doug Ellin, the R-rated film opens in theaters on June 5, 2015. For more on the movie-within-a-movie Hyde, check out this poster image that Ellin tweeted on Monday.

'True Story' trailer 2015

The movie is based on Michael Finkel’s 2005 autobiographical tome True Story: Murder, Memoir, Mea Culpa, and follows him (depicted by Hill) as he falls from grace at The New York Times. Afterintentionally fabricating portions of a story about impoverished teenagers in the jungles of West Africa, Finkel gets the axe. (In case you haven’t heard of his real-life journalism blunder, it’s because it was a footnote in the news cycle, happening a week prior to the much-covered Jayson Blair plagiarism scandal.) "It’s an isolated incident, without question a wrong decision," Finkel told New York magazine (via Slate).

'Knight of Cups'

Director (and longtime Hollywood outsider) Terrence Malick is taking an up-close look at the seedy side of the entertainment world’s capital in his next film, Knight of Cups. The first trailer for the movie was released today and offers audiences a first look at the mysterious project.
Christian Bale plays a weary Hollywood veteran caught up in the illicit rewards that come with fame. It seems that his relationship with his wife, played Cate Blanchett, is suffering under the weight of his indulgences, thing get worse once he is freed to pursue a path to self-ruin.

Here’s the very mysterious synopsis for the film, which will premiere at next year’s Berlin Film Festival in February: “Once there was a young prince whose father, the king of the East, sent him down into Egypt to find a pearl. But when the prince arrived, the people poured him a cup. Drinking it, he forgot he was the son of a king, forgot about the pearl and fell into a deep sleep. Rick’s father used to read this story to him as a boy. The road to the East stretches out before him. Will he set forth?”

The Gunman Trailer 2015

Watch Sean Penn Go Rambo in His First Action Movie, 'The Gunman' (Exclusive Trailer) Although you would not know by firearms and machetes experts moves 54-year-old Oscar winner, El Pistolero marks the first action movie in the 40-year-Penn.

Seeing how bad is distributed easily, surprisingly Penn has not taken the genre before. Still, the Mystic River and actor milk is not considered a typical hero. "Calling it a 'action movie' is like calling Meryl Streep sexy blonde girl," he told USA Today in the summer when I was shooting the film in Europe. "She is. But that does not really tell the story of what it is at all.

"I do not separate this in my mind from anything else I've done. It's a very human story that deals with the same things exploited in action movies, like war."

In El Pistolero, Penn plays Jim Terrier, who has taken the nonviolent work in the Congo to distance himself from his vicious past. He retired again, however, when his beloved (played by Jasmine Trinca) gets into trouble. The film also stars Javier Bardem, Idris Elba, and Ray Winstone.

Penn appears in the best shape for the role, but again, they really did not want to go there, refrain from discussing diet and exercise preparation made for the role: "I find much more interesting when anatomical discussions focused on the female form, "he told USA Today. "I'll leave it at that."
El Pistolero, directed by Pierre Morel (The Transporter, Taken), storms theaters March 20.
